Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Services:

  • We ship all over India from Karnal, Haryana and charge shipping fee as applicable.

Delivery Services:

​

  • Order's, once their payment is confirmed are packed and shipped the same day OR the next working day depending on the courier cut off time. 
     

  • Tracking Numbers are either given out the same day or the next day via email & text message, Please call on +91-9215566647 for any urgent need.
     

  • We use third party service providers viz. BlueDart, DTDC, FedEx, India Post, Shree Maruthi Courier Service, TrackOn, etc. for shipping your orders as quickly and efficiently possible.
     

  • All orders shipped via road transport. However you can mail us if you require faster delivery by the means of air transport.  Excess shipping charges applicable in accordance to your destination.
     

  • Metro City & Tier 1 City orders are delivered within 48-72 Hours and other destinations take 3-7 days depending on your location. We ship the books from Karnal, Haryana. 
     

  • We DO NOT provide Cash on Delivery service.
     

  • Buyers Beware: We do not sell on any other e-tailer websites like Amazon.in or Flipkart.com, etc.
     

  • Holidays: Sundays and Public Holidays, even though orders might be processed, shipping cannot be done.  
     

  • Tracking: For all Shipping options that we provide, tracking is available on the carrier website using the Waybill number provided by us once the order is fulfilled, the details will be send to you via email (if available) & SMS.

Return & Exchange Policy

When purchasing with us, it is important that customers are aware of the following:
 

  • If there is a problem with the book order when it arrives at a customer's address, the customer should notify us within 24 hours from the day of arrival and will have to send the book back to the head office at its location in Karnal. This is applicable only on orders purchased online at www.brajindrabookcompany.com
     

  • Brajindra Book Company reserves the right to verify and replace the book. We might offer you the replacement of a specific module/section of the book in specific cases.
     

  • While we try to be proactive and provide world-class support, there might be instances of delay.
     

  • When you order a book from www.brajindrabookcompany.com but for some reason you are not satisfied with it, we accept the returns in a 7 day no questions asked policy with 75% refund. We deduct 25% of the cost to cover up the charges incurred on the transaction.
     

  • Exception to 75% refund: If the books we thus receive, are unsealed (name written on the cover or exercises filled, etc) and not in sellable condition, or the items that comes in Blister-sealed package which cannot be sealed and re-sold to other customers. We also reserve the right to forfeit any refund in case of a torn/damaged book. 
     

  • All matters of dispute subject to Karnal jurisdiction only.
